Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

• You may request a refund for unused credits within 3 days of purchase.
• Credits that have already been used to generate presentations are non-refundable.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to Help@mouj.ai with your account email and the reason for your request.

3. Processing Time

• Mouj processes refund requests within 1–3 business days.
• After we process the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account and remaining credits until the end of your billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of an active billing period.
